Soave DOC

Soave is produced from Garganega grapes from an old Veronese pergola, harvested at the beginning of September and subjected to a light drying process. Fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature and is aged for six months on the lees. It is a fresh, traditional but very fruity and harmonious wine with citrus, pear and peach notes, a mineral and rounded aftertaste.
