
Valpolicella DOC Superiore
Valpolicella is made with late harvesting of fully ripe grapes. Mostly corvina and corvinone are used but also minor varieties such as rondinella and molinara so as to obtain an austere but fruity wine. The wine has a bright red color and the nose has notes of cherry and red fruits with hints of spice.
It is put on the market 18 months after the harvest
Aging: 80% stainless steel, 20% barrique.

Altitude: 400 m above sea level.
Varieties: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara
Training system: pergola, 3300 plants per hectare
Alcohol: 14%.
