Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG

Recioto is produced from grapes from an old vineyard harvested in September and left to rest in 5 kg crates in a ventilated environment for about 130 days.
After pressing and fermentation, the wine is aged for thirty months in 225-liter barrels. The result is a wine with a high sugar concentration and an intense ruby ​​red color, strong aromas of jam on the nose, distinct balsamic notes on the palate, chocolate, vanilla and spices, cinnamon in particular. Sweet and full-bodied in the mouth, decidedly persistent.
