Soave is made with 100% garganega grapes of an old vineyard on limestone soil. The grapes harvested in beginning of september are dried for a couple of weeks and fermented at low temperature.
The smell is full of fruitness with hints of peach, pear and lemon, the taste is plesant, round and mineral in the end.
