Casal Sole Metodo Classico is made with garganega and chardonnay grapes grown on limestone soil. The grapes harvested in beginning of september are fermented in steel at low temperature and then again in bottle for 36 months.
The smell is typical with hints of bread, honey, almonds and round and mineral in the end.
