Extravirgin Olive Oil San Cassiano is produced by olives hand harvest in the second part of November and worked within four hours with our mill.
The bright and limpid yellow of this olive oil introduces elegant olfactory notes of ripe lemon, white flowers and vanilla, mixed with herbs memories. The paste is a little astringent and consistent, with sweet and bitter notes. It is correctly pungent, with a final of hazelnut flavor.
