Amarone Riserva is produced only by grapes from Monte Guala, where the ground is rich in limestone, giving an elegant tannin to the wine. We select the most beautiful clusters which lenghty dry for one hundred-twenty days. Vinification takes place with addiction of yeasts for thirty days. Fermentation lasts four weeks and the aging takes place in new oak barrels for twenty-four months. Before the distribution, this wine continues its aging in bottle for at least two other years. This Amarone has notes of red fruits, vanilla, chocolate and coffee. It is full-bodied, round, definite and soft.
